Our fellowship is not a training program. It is a structured pathway to contribute to real production systems under guidance of experienced engineers.
Fellows are embedded into our development workflow, handling live tickets, version control (Git), and agile sprints. You gain verifiable, auditable experience on commercial-grade codebases.
